  Hi ... Our names are Fern & Cindy of Komoka and we went to the London store to inquire about a hot tub. Zack was our salesman and he was very patient and informative about the hot tubs that we were asking about. He is an asset to your company as his care, consideration knowledge and patience were excellent. Ultimately we did purchase the hot tub. We have been going to this location for over 20 years and have always had great service but Zack went beyond just service. Thank you very much we look forward to our new hot tub being installed in the near future.

  Zack, Michaela and Candace are amazing and are always willing to help. We are new to the store and they have made our first experience great. They have gone out of their way to make sure we are educated and have helped in our most recent large purchase. Thank you to Zack for your patience. You are a great asset to the store.

  ive been waiting 6 weeks for my pool parts. everyone ive talked to tells me a different story about why they aren't in, yet promises they're on the next truck.
  ive called everyday for over a week with zero results. Worst company ive ever dealt with.
  id give them 0 stars if that was an option.

  Seeing as how both managers are currently on vacation (or so I'm told), I'll have to communicate via Google reviews.
  I surely hope you weren't lying to me about the parts coming today, as they have been saying that to me for 4 weeks, and I believed them every time.
  I expect a call by end of day, saying my parts can be picked up today. My 4 boys have been anxiously waiting..
  
  It's now Thursday afternoon, and surprise surprise, no one knows anything about my parts.
  I will be there Friday morning. Might be harder to lie to my face.
