So many times people only take the time to post something that is a complaint. I would like to take the time to post a very positive post about the time, energy and efforts put forth by Steve Martino the Regional Manager for Action who worked diligently with Sport rak to rectify and resolve a problem we had experienced with one of their products. I must commend and thank Steve for the amount of time and for the number of phone calls he placed in helping to come up with a resolution to our situation. I am certain that without Steve's lengthy involvement we would not have had any positive outcome with Sport rak. So Steve thanks for your commitment and dedication to the highest level of customer service possible. We truly appreciate your help and assistance and will be returning customers to Action. Kudos, thanks and praise!!
